Your responsibilities

System and solution architecture

Design and develop system and solution architectures for our customers' IAM environments.

Target architecture and roadmaps

Define target architectures and develop roadmaps that provide a clear direction for implementation and further development.

From customer needs to technical requirements

Act as a link between customers and developers, translating business needs into clear technical requirements and ensuring effective communication throughout the process.

Design analysis and quality assurance

Analyze solution designs to ensure they meet customer requirements and technical standards.

Collaboration

Work closely with developers, product owners, customers, and external partners to deliver successful IAM solutions.

What we're looking for 

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
• You have 5+ years of experience working at senior consultant, advisor, or architect level within Identity and Access Management
• You have extensive experience delivering projects of various sizes
• You have experience working directly with customers and communicating complex technical topics clearly
• You have documented experience with IAM, including integration and security
• You are fluent in written and spoken English, and fluency in Norwegian is an advantage 
• You are comfortable navigating complex issues and finding practical solutions
• You ask the right questions to ensure a shared understanding and can translate complex information into clear input for technical teams
• You are driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• You are comfortable taking a key role and collaborate effectively across teams and disciplines
• You are approachable, structured, and precise, and enjoy sharing your expertise with others

It is an advantage if you have…

• Experience with one or more Identity and/or Access Management technologies such as NetIQ, Okta, Omada, Saviynt and BeyondTrust.
