Are you our new Senior IAM Consultant?

Your responsibilities

Planning, Design, and Integration

You will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, and integrating IAM solutions based on customer requirements.

Existing IAM Solutions

Assess the functional requirements of customers' existing IAM solutions and recommend and plan further development and extensions.

Solution Implementation

Implement and customize IAM solutions for customers.

Development of IAM Solutions

Develop customizations, troubleshoot implementations, and identify areas for improvement.

Analysis, Management, and Evaluation of Designs

Analyze solution designs to ensure they meet customer requirements and technical standards.

Documentation

Document implemented solution designs and describe the solution architecture in HLD/LLD (High-Level Design/Low-Level Design).

Deliverables

Estimate and agree on delivery timelines and communicate progress, challenges, and solutions with customers.

Qualifications and personal qualities

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
• You have at least 3 years of experience as an IAM consultant, including at least one year working at a senior level and experience delivering projects of various sizes.
• You have documented experience with IAM, including integration and security
• You have experience working directly with customers
• You are fluent in written and spoken English, and fluency in Finnish is an advantage
• You are comfortable dealing with complex issues and making informed decisions
• You ask the right questions to ensure a shared understanding and can translate complex information into clear input for technical teams
• You are driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• You are comfortable taking on a senior role and collaborate effectively across team
• You are approachable, structured, and precise, and enjoy sharing your expertise with others

It is an advantage if you have…

• Hands-on experience with one or more Identity and/or Access Management technologies such as Okta, Omada, Saviynt, NetIQ, and BeyondTrust.
