Your responsibilities

Development and troubleshooting

• Develop and troubleshoot logic and functionality within IAM solutions
• Identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement in IAM implementations

Solution implementation

• Support the implementation and customization of IAM solutions
• Contribute to solution design and deployment activities

Customer dialogue

• Communicate directly with customers regarding smaller issues and solution requirements
• Translate business needs into technical requirements

IAM development

• Develop and customize IAM solutions for customers
• Configure and extend platform functionality

Workflows

• Design, develop, and maintain workflows related to customers' IAM solutions

Operations and support

•  Monitor customer environments, identify potential issues, and resolve them 
•  Collaborate with and support teams, product owners, and customers
•  Report and communicate issues, risks, and solutions  

Qualifications and personal qualities

• Relevant education within IT or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience as an IAM Consultant
• Proven experience with IAM, including integrations and security
• Experience working directly with customers
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
• Comfortable working with complex challenges and applying an analytical mindset
• Self-driven, structured, and goal-oriented
• Solution-oriented, reliable, and quality-focused
• Approachable, organized, and detail-oriented
• A strong team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and expertise

It is an advantage if you have…

Hands-on experience with one or more Identity and Access Management technologies such as Okta, Microsoft, NetIQ, Omada and BeyondTrust.
