We have a strong culture of knowledge sharing across teams and disciplines. Through regular Teams meetings and ongoing dialogue in shared communication channels, we continuously develop our expertise, and three times a year we come together for competence days that strengthen both our professional capabilities and our sense of community.

In addition to hosting our competence days in the Nordic countries, we also travel to other locations. In November 2026, we will be heading to Canterbury, England.
